I am Morgan Sage
Your Advocate for Awareness, Empowerment, and Employee Rights.
Workplaces today are more than just places where we earn a paycheck. They’re arenas filled with shifting expectations, corporate politics, and sometimes, toxic cultures that many have experienced. The pressure to P”play the game” while staying true to yourself can feel exhausting. And when things go wrong, it’s easy to feel isolated, questioning our value, standard, and our next move.
Here is what I want you to know — You aren’t alone, and you’re not powerless. The challenges you’re facing aren’t a reflection of your worth but of a flawed system.
Your Job is Not Your Identity
No one should feel powerless in the face of at-will termination. My mission is simple: to help one person at a time understand their rights, recognize their value, and move forward with confidence. While we do not have the power – nor should we waste our energy – try to change malicious employers and their cowardly actions hiding behind at-will policies, we do, however, have the power to educate ourselves.
Awareness is just as powerful as accountability, and with enough knowledge, it drives meaningful changes.
Turning Knowledge Into Power
My approach is not to expose every bad employer, whether through personal experience or the experiences of others, but to equip employees with the tools they need to face these challenges with knowledge and resilience.
It’s easy to feel like you are at the mercy of your employer. But here’s the truth: employers only have as much control as you give them. Knowing your rights, preparing for the next opportunity, and recognizing your own value are forms of power.
You are not stuck. You’re simply in transition.
A bad employer’s actions may seem final, but your future isn’t. Your next chapter is still yours to write!
